Everything you need to know about managing your account, subscription, and data on ti-ny.link.

🔐 Creating an Account

You can sign up using your email address — it’s the only method we support for now.

  • ✅ Email verification required
  • ✅ Start on a free plan or trial Plus for 30 days
  • 🚫 No social or magic link logins (yet)

✏️ Editing Your Profile

From your Account Settings, you can update:

  • Avatar
  • Name
  • Email (must be unique)
  • Time zone
  • Anti-phishing code (shown on every email you receive, so you know it’s from us)
  • Billing details (personal or business)
  • Password
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA)

🔁 Password & Login Help

  • 2FA is supported and can be enabled in your settings
  • You can reset your password from your account, or request a reset link if you’re locked out
  • You cannot manage devices/sessions, but you can view login logs (IP, browser, date)

💳 Billing & Subscriptions

  • Change your plan or cancel anytime from the Plans tab
  • Update payment methods or download invoices easily
  • Upgrades and downgrades may be instant or prorated
  • If a payment fails, try again or contact: billing-support@ti-ny.link

🧾 Plan Usage & Limits

  • View your plan details and limits in the Plans section
  • See usage (e.g. total links, QR codes) on their respective pages
  • If you hit a limit, we’ll show a usage warning

📦 Data & Privacy

  • Export your data (links, analytics, etc.) on paid plans
  • You can delete your account at any time — deletion is instant and irreversible
  • We are GDPR-compliant

👥 Team Access & Roles

  • Invite team members on any plan that supports collaboration
  • Assign different roles and permissions
  • Transfer ownership of your project or workspace when needed

🧠 Special Features

  • Anti-phishing code: A unique code shown on all emails, so you can trust they're from us
  • More security tools and features coming soon
