Team Management
Invite teammates, assign roles, and manage multiple projects from one account. With Teams, ti-ny.link is built for collaboration — from side hustles to enterprise.
Why use Teams?
- ✅ Separate workspaces for different brands or clients
- ✅ Control access to links, QR codes, and analytics
- ✅ Collaborate without sharing logins
- ✅ Scale from 1 to 100+ users
How to Create a Team
Open the Teams section
From your user menu (bottom-left avatar), click on Teams. This opens the team management panel.
Click 'Create team'
Press the green Create team button on the top right.
Name your team
Give your team a clear name. This helps keep things organized. (You can change it later.)
Invite team members
Enter their email addresses, and they’ll receive an invite to join your team.
Assign permissions
Select what each team member can view, create, update, or delete.
Permission Levels
When inviting a team member, you can assign granular permissions per feature:
Permission Type | Available For | What it Controls |
---|---|---|
View | All features | Read-only access. No editing or deletion. |
Create | Links, Projects, QR Codes, Pixels, Biolink Blocks, Custom Domains | Can create new assets in selected areas. |
Update | Same as above | Can edit existing items in selected areas. |
Delete | Same as above + Data | Can remove content. Use with care. |
✅ You can mix and match these permissions to give each team member exactly what they need.
Feature | View | Create | Update | Delete |
---|---|---|---|---|
Links | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
Projects | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
QR Codes | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
Pixels | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
Biolink Blocks | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
Custom Domains | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ | ✅ |
Data | ✅ | — | — | ✅ |
Note: Team members will not have access to billing, account settings, payment details, or logs.
Important Notes
- 🔒 Account settings, payments, and logs are never shared with team members. Only the team owner can access those.
- ✉️ All invitations are sent via email — users must accept before permissions apply.
- 🧠 Best practice: Assign minimal access first, then expand as needed.
Example Use Cases
Role | Permissions Example |
---|---|
Marketing Assistant | View everything, create/update links & QR codes, no delete access |
Client (View Only) | View access only – no create, update, or delete |
Developer | Create/update projects, biolinks, and domains – delete only on own items |
Admin | Full control: create, update, and delete across all categories |
Tip
Use teams to separate internal departments, manage freelancers, or run multiple client accounts from one place — all with full control over access.
