Last updated - June 25, 2025
Welcome to ti-ny.link ("ti-ny.link," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("**you" or "User") and ti-ny.link governing your use of our website, products, and services, including any related mobile or desktop applications, browser extensions, APIs, and widgets (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you:
- Are at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction).
- Have the power and authority to enter into a binding agreement with us.
- Are not barred from using the Service under any applicable laws.
If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization and warrant that you have the authority to do so.
2. Account Registration & Security
Some features may require an account. When you register, you must provide accurate, complete, and up‑to‑date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
3. Description of Service
The Service allows you to create short URLs ("Short Links") that redirect to destination URLs you specify. ti-ny.link does not claim ownership of the content to which you link and is not responsible for verifying, moderating, or storing destination content.
4. User Content & Conduct
You retain ownership of any content, URLs, or metadata you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant ti-ny.link a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to store, reproduce, and transmit User Content as necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Service.
You agree NOT to:
- Create Short Links that lead to content that is illegal, harmful, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, infringing, or otherwise objectionable.
- Use the Service to distribute malware, phishing scams, or other malicious code.
- Spam, flood, or otherwise abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service (except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law).
- Misrepresent the identity or origin of a Short Link.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove or disable any Short Link, suspend or terminate accounts, or take other appropriate action if we believe there is a violation of these Terms or our policies.
5. Prohibited Content & Industry-Specific Rules
In addition to Section 4, the following are strictly prohibited:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or links that facilitate it. This will be reported to law enforcement.
- Terrorist or extremist content.
- Links to counterfeit goods or illicit drug sales.
- Non‑consensual intimate imagery.
We comply with relevant statutes, including the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We respond promptly to valid takedown notices.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
The Service, including all software, features, and branding (excluding User Content), is the property of ti-ny.link and its licensors. Except for the limited license granted to you in these Terms, we reserve all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service. The ti-ny.link name, logo, and all related marks are our trademarks.
7. Third‑Party Content & Links
Short Links may redirect to third‑party content that we do not control. ti-ny.link is not responsible for such content, nor do we endorse it. Your interactions with third‑party sites are solely between you and the third party.
8. Availability & Modifications to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.
9. Beta Features
From time to time, we may offer features labeled “beta,” “preview,” or similar. These features are provided as‑is and may be discontinued at any time. Your use of beta features is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TI-NY.LINK DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR‑FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TI-NY.LINK, ITS AFFILIATES, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

14. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
At ti-ny.link’s sole discretion, we may require you to submit any disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Service to final and binding arbitration. If we elect arbitration, it will be conducted under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules in force at that time. YOU AND TI-NY.LINK WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Changes become effective 30 days after posting. Your continued use after that effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, but Sections 6, 10–14, 17, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive shall survive termination.
17. Entire Agreement & Severability
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ti-ny.link regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
18. No Waiver
